Man Crush Monday #25

This is my 25th installment in my Man Crush Monday meme.  Since I read mostly romance, I thought I’d share some of my “book crushes” with you, and possibly introduce you to some new reading material.

I’m changing it up a little – since it’s October and Halloween is coming up, I’m going to highlight men from the fantasy books I used to read.  Maybe you fantasy readers will appreciate this – and maybe someday I will get back into fantasy….

My Man Crush Monday for this week is Edward Cullen from Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.

Goodreads Summary

About three things I was absolutely positive.
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him—and I didn’t know how dominant that part might be—that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

In the first book of the Twilight Saga, internationally bestselling author Stephenie Meyer introduces Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, a pair of star-crossed lovers whose forbidden relationship ripens against the backdrop of small-town suspicion and a mysterious coven of vampires. This is a love story with bite.

Yes, I’m kind of embarrassed, but I’m going with Edward Cullen for my choice with week.  I really loved Edward in the books – he was sweet, kind and patient with a very annoying and high maintenance Bella.  He was loyal to his “family” and overly protective of Bella.  Too bad that he was creepy in the movies – that was Robert Pattinson’s fault though.

Happy reading.
